North Dakota takes on Southern Utah in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky Tournament at Dahlberg Arena on Thursday. The game gets underway at 7:30 p.m. EST. The Fighting Sioux defeated the Thunderbirds 68-61 on Mar. 9 and are 1-1 against them over the past four years.

In a 68-61 triumph over Southern Utah on Mar. 9, Jamal Webb put up 19 points and nine rebounds for the Fighting Sioux. With 4.1 assists per game and 2.3 steals per game, he has team-best marks in both categories. For the Thunderbirds, A.J. Hess put up 16 points and eight rebounds in the 68-61 loss to North Dakota on Mar. 9. He contributes 2.6 rebounds per game in addition to his 5.8 points per game. Southern Utah ranks second in their conference in defensive rebounding percentage at 72.4, which also places them 38th in the country.
